Hello :)
The main goal of each of us is to have a large, active downline but that needs lots of effort. It isn't enough just "having it" ,we need to work to keep it that way.
I think the most important thing is to be always at their service ,offer them your help and assist in any troubles they might have.
Share all the information you have, answer on specific questions to each of them ,and when necessary help them overcome their problems and move forward.
Remember always,our

To manage a large downline, delegate simple issues to affiliates.

Create a cohesive team so that first learners can assist the others.

Work with your downline as a team but leave communication lines open for personal assistance.

Use team mail and the weekly newsletter to communicate with the whole team.

Encourage the team to participate in the forum where they can get or give answers.

A large active downline is manageable while providing personal attention to everyone. Delegation is the keyword here. Team Leaders can play a vital role here. Team Leaders can help to oversee their respective downlines while you keep an eye on their progress.

Making use of communication tools like PSA mailers, Genealogy mailers etc. can provide the personal attention.

Making use of websites, blogs, weekly newsletters etc. is helpful in managing a large active downline.

When(and I said when not if) you have a large active downline, you need a notebook.

I recommend an exercise book with 2 or 3 pages for each team member who is active. Document what you do for each one of them and how they have responded to your action.

This will ensure you are giving them your best attention and you are not repeating yourself. It is important that you show you are a great leader.

You could of course store your information on your computer

SFI has created tools to help you do this. These include your Genealogy and the Team Mailer and the various others like the PSA Mailer and the messaging area. You can see how your affiliates are doing, use the Message Manager to reach one affiliate or many in various categories, and you can even use eCards to contact them and help them along. You can also teach your affiliates to use the tools as well, so that they can help their affiliates in their Genealogies as well.

I would recommend paying a little bit more attention to the people in your downline that are not very active. Reach out to them with an e-mail and ask them if they have any questions or need any assistance. For the most active portion of your downline, acknowledge and congratulate them on their hard work and success and let them know that you are there to help them as well if they ever need it. The TeamMail makes it very easy to send a general message of support to multiple PSAs and CSAs at a time.

The winners do not whine. Work brings challenges, and the way you deal with them is essential to success.
In the first place the customer at the other employees, shareholders and the third - as a leader you have a limited amount of time and energy. Usmetite them to those that allow your business - customers.
. Forget the money - you have not run the job for the money. If you focus on the money, you will make decisions different from those that will bring if we focus on the journey. Through

Having a very large active downline means that you have done a very good job at duplication. You don't have to worry about providing all of the assistance to your network. You will have TLs throughout all generations. They will be happy to do their part. Yet if I get email from a 6 or 7th generation affiliate I will give them the same support I would a 1st generation affiliate. I try to answer all of my email within 24 hours. Yes, I still type individual answers based on the issue at hand.

Hello,

always remember that the time you spend to help a co-worker production increases the production of your team to a greater extent than the time you spend with unproductive.
Managers need to simplify, simplify, simplify. They should not do what they usually do: complicate, deal with more things at once and still complicate. Keep things as simple as possible for unproductive, concentrating only on the results. Spending more and more time with productive, who are looking for that
