Your question relates to human nature. As we all know that people have their interest in life. Before some people are convinced on a particular thing they always see to it if they really NEED it and what can it do for them or consider also if they can afford the business.

Even though how great a thing is, if they don't need it then you can not force them to work the business despite all of it's advantages. But there are some people also who might be convinced because of trend, fad or status symbol.

There is a saying that "YOU CAN BRING A HORSE TO A WELL BUT YOU CAN NOT FORCE IT DRINK".

JUST CONTINUE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR PSAs & CSAs. Give them tips, advices and encouragements who knows you might change their mind.

Good question: It is actually hard to convince anyone who is not self convinced with what they want or are doing. Many People come to a business without looking for it and then, after trying it, they realised that work as to be done, invest time to learn, aply, invest money and energy. If they were not ready for this or did not know, that the way it is, they give up. Such People wait for miracles but as we all know, anything earned has costed time, money, know how and Patient.The best thing to do is to Keep in touch with them oft, tell them the benefits of this business, let them see your success and hope that they can start being serious with theirs. Otherwise, work with the workers!

When we receive notification of a new PSA, almost without exception the notification says their primary language is English. This is totally false in many cases as possibly more than 50% of PSAs have a primary language that is not English. I often get responses, from PSAs who were notified to me that they had English as their primary language, in a language other than English. When translated these responses invariably say something along the lines of 'What are you on about? Please speak Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hindi, Arabic etc.

I think SFI should vet its applications more thoroughly, so that if an application comes in from a non-English speaking country, even if the application is completed in English, that it is assumed that the primary language of the country of the applicant is the primary language of the applicant.

I think that the main reason why more PSAs are not active is because we try to communicate with them in a language that is not their primary language. In my team of over 700 PSAs, the only ones who have been active really have English as their primary language, because they come from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa. Many Indians only have a smattering of English and the same for Filipinos.

I get all my PSAs from SFI, not from personal contact or external advertising. Why can't SFI match up better, the PSA's they allocate to sponsors and co-sponsors who come from the same country or really have the same primary language.

In summary I believe that language is the biggest factor in why more PSAs do not become active.

The most of the people, primary were used to earn money from their work, not from gambling. It is not true that people expect to earn money easy, especially when it was explained to them before they joined SFI.

The biggest problem I faced with, is the fact that you do not see real money from working in SFI from a longer period of time, even if you work hard, and the most of the people could not afford it, especially if they live in not developed countries, and where $10,00-$20,00 monthly is big investment, that most of them could not afford at the beginning, even if they are ready to work. The fact is that you may start earning any real money only if you develop a team, what needs long time effort, and investment that maid be paid back, but very slow. Slower then in any other private business.

Also, you have to motivate people to buy via TC, as on that way you could get real money from your work. Unfortunately, we do not get any commission from SFI in money for personal buying, but VPs, and this demotivates people to use TC as their own shop from the very beginning, and buy what they must, TC credits mostly. Real motive when people join SFI is to earn money, not status, and VPs are necessary for status. In case they could earn money from the beginning from personal buying, it could be great motive to buy on TC plus to earn something that they could invest in business, and slowly reach status. Reaching status maid be important later, as bigger status makes possibility to earn more money, but at the beginning I do not think this is priority to anyone who joined. That's why people resign. Fact is also, when people stop working in SFI, they stop buying on TC...

Time, learning, understanding system of work, and investment, with lot of luck as well, are necessary to start earning money in SFI. Everyone is not ready for this, especially people who used to relay on their work, not on luck.

Hello,

It all depends how people came to SFI to begin with.

Some just clicked on a banner and then came in and didn't like what they saw, never to be seen again. Some got a referral and are checking it out but don't understand what is going on and don't feel like reading all the documentation. They don't understand what VPs mean. It is those that came from good referrals and fully understand SFI that stay.

So perhaps you are lucky to have a good CSA from an excellent PSA and you piggyback along. Or you are the PSA and must give good information to your client. Explain to them all the advantages, create contest or give them TC's to experiment in Tripleclicks to get them motivated. Only a person who understands the advantages and it motivated will succeed on SFI. This is a very low percentage of the total people.

So keep sending messages and advice, perhaps some will awaken!

Each person who sign up in a online business is hoping to get something out of it. Many have responded to the SFI advertisements but not all continued. These may be some of the reasons.

They might have a get rich quick mentality.
They do not have the patience to watch the business grow.
They might convince themselves that they do not have the time to do all the tasks that are required in the first 30 days.I is like other misleading online businesses.
They may not have the money to invest i.e. to buy credits and to maintain a standing order.
Their sponsor or co-sponsor has not really been able to convince them about the business.

Unfortunately we will always have those people that is looking for an opportunity to make money without working - they are lazy.

As for the rest - they are working, but there will be a time when the going gets tough and they want to give up - this is where you have to support them and help in any way you can and remind them of all the reasons why they started in the 1st place.

Most people never make enough effort to discover exactly what this business has to offer or how it works. Sure the amount of reading required may turn off some people, but most never get that far! Most people have a problem concentrating on one thing for any extended period of time. Call it attention deficit disorder on a massive scale if you will, but most people live their lives running from one emergency to the next with no attention spent on where that mode of living takes them. The people who succeed in this business focus intently on where they want to go, and realize that in reality, they don't have a lot of other options that will take them there. Sure, there is work involved, and a lot of it, but so is there in anything else worth doing. People are not lazy if they see and understand the option this business provides.

My friend,it is indeed challenging and may seems to be difficult to convince our PSAs/CSAs,we are here to render help and support to them regardless of their circumstances,remember eagles dont flock you will have to find them one by one and you can lead a horse to the water but cannot make him drink,but from their own accord,our duty therefore is to encourage,encourage,motivate,motivate and being supportive to them and be patient.Once they acknowledge the fact that SFI is not a fly by night business or get rich quick business,they will bigin to work the business or drop out,this maybe the sad reality.so be couragious my friend and all the best.

Quick money.
Same work day by day.
Purchase i.e investment of TCredit.
They are not reading LUNCHPAD Properly.
They not aware of VP, AVP and Sales & Purchase VP.
As there is now source to know the income of a particular Affiliate after end of the month when he/she earns very few commission. Then their response changes for another Internet Home Income.

Not participation in Forum.
Low Support of Team Members.
Low Motivation and
In Facebook while promoting SFI gateways it blocks he/she fills it may be scam.
There is no where available the befit of SFI Business.

Still.... SFI is growing and for which the hackers are disturbing our business.
