Hello,

This is interesting question.

I don't think that there is such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much.

First thing is that you should offer your help to every affiliate from your team, regardless if they are yours PSA's or CSA's.
If there are affiliates who wants more help, advice, or support, you should give it to them.
On the other hand, there are also very successful affiliates which do not ask quite often for the assistance.

So,

No it isn't.
You have to treat your business like a real profesional business.
After your first month of membership, you will like to make your own team. At your start you are so excited to communicate with your first and new members, you are so excited to send your first group email through genealogy mailer. After some time when you realize that you have only sign ups and no real workers like you, your excitement will slow down. After that, you will be working your routine, whale waiting

My conviction is that there is no such thing as helping your affiliates too much.Of course, new affiliates need guidance and succor from team leaders and other senior affiliates.
The beauty of SFI business is synergistic operation of all affiliates in the larger interest of all the members in the community. Synergy promotes efficiency and optimum productivity.
My feeling is that all affiliates help each other for success of SFI business. As the success of business is dependent upon the

I think that there are such a thing as helping you affiliates TOO much. This is situation where you as sponsor, try to do things instead of your affiliates and by that action you make a mistake. Sponsor is here to help by learning and by his example, not by doing things instead of affiliates. In that case, they will never learn and they will always wait for you. The target is to learn them to be sponsors and this will be possible if they are confident in their actions.

It depends.

If you 'help' with only fast and quick moneymaking on your mind and seeing them as playing the second fiddle, only here to obey you as their boss, then you could say you are helping them TOO much. In fact you are not helping them at all.

When you help them as a part of a team and realy want them to be succesful then it can never be TOO much. Helping them is leading while walking next to them and show the way the same way your succesful upline has done to you.

It's in my opinion you can help a person too much, you become a crutch to a person and
as well as an enabler. There is nothing wrong with lending a helping hand but watch out
for those who depend and rely on you so much they become a doormat. I'm sure everyone
in SFI wants to help those who is truly sincere about their business and want to see that affiliate succeed but SFI has given us all the same tools to use and can be very
simple when applied correct.

Very good question !
I am affiliated with SFI 46 days. We started business with inherent clumsiness beginners , and very quickly I realized that beyond the prospects for substantial gains that will appear later, this business has something that can be a challenge for people who are altruistic and even for the pragmatic, and why not the great experts in Sociology or international relationships and communication . This challenge is innovation SFI , under which brings you in a position to communicate

Yes, there is!
If you catch yourself making a blog or a web sites for them,
then you are already doing TOO much,
and you are doing job for them.
Yes, you are there for them to help, to provide an answers they need, you are going to be there for advice, for tips, for encouraging, to send gifts and positive energy. Everything else is TOO much, and not needed.
Do your job, be an example, not laborer.

Personally, I do not believe that there is something like too much help. Each well-intentioned help is always welcome. The only thing that can happen is to "spoil" associates.
It is important to follow the work of yours affiliates and that they praised for their good performance and effort. You will make a mistake if you get used to them constantly indicate things that they are skipped to do (to-do lists, check for DAILY GRAND ...). You have to get used to gather experience in fulfilling

Hi,

It is better to help them too much than too little. If they are good workers then you can help them as much as they need your help, once they get hold of how SFI functions they will go ahead and do most of the work themselves. Not many new affiliates know they can get help from sponsors but once they know they will appreciate all the help you can give them.

I wish you all success in your sponsor help, much or little help is better than no help!
