The major objective of such get-together will be to promote your individual SFI business by brainstorming and exchanging ideas, so for this purpose to be achieved I will suggest some to-do-list as follows:
1. It is important to nominate a moderator whose duty will be to galvanize, moderate and maintain order during the get-together.
2. Introduce yourselves; name, SFI rank and joined date
3. There may need to be a presentation on individual experiences, including successes and how failure and lack of motivation were overcome as far as SFI business is concerned.
4. There should be emphasis on how to recruit affiliates and generate sales, through suggestions and demonstrations of working recruitment and sales strategies.
5. You guys engage in discussions regarding what new products are cash cows and how to position those products to attract the maximum patronage to your ECA stores.
6. Attendees should be encouraged to divulge team building strategies that are working for them, in order to improve your experience and knowledge thereafter.
7. Lastly, on a general note do not forget to come up with suggestions that will improve SFI?TC.
