Good question, but there isn't a need to split the two each has it's advantage.
Wave3: this is where you can advertise where ever you go and people will see the sticker and will be curious about what it is you do. Then will get the web address and there you go a new prospect.
S-Builder: This were you can receive your shares of Affiliates and build your business up.
So you see each works in a different but yet similar way.
