Which is better, sponsoring SFI affiliates or referring TripleClicks members should not be considered. To be a success, you need to be doing both.
Your income comes from both websites and depends on the combined profits.
This is why SFI is so successful and you can earn a large income by understanding the training program, the compensation plan and your benefits.
Your Direct Commission is what you receive from the orders your personally sponsored affiliates (PSA) and your personally referred TC members(PRM).

Sponsoring SFI affiliates allows you to build an active team and become a Team Leader.
Being a Team Leader will activate the compensation plan which qualifies you to share in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
The Executive Pool is measured by how many VersaPoints (VP) you accumulate during the month.
1) The more VPs you receive the more you will earn.
2) The VPs can be earned a variety of different ways.
a) Your daily actions on SFI by reading every page (marked in red) and marking the blue tab at the bottom.
b) Go to your TripleClicks store first when buying items.

Being a Team Leader will qualify you for matching VPs and includes CSAs

2) As Silver Team Leader, you receive matching VP on all EA2s to 8 levels in your
down-line.
3) As Gold Team Leader, you receive matching VP on all EA2s to 10 levels in your
down-line.
4) As Platinum Team Leader, you receive matching VP on all EA2s to 12 levels in your down-line.

1) You will receive a minimum of 2 CSAs each month you attain the rank of EA2 by receiving a minimum 1500 VP on or about the 12th of each month.
2) Winning CSAs in the Daily Grand contest.
3) Winning CSAs in the Pricebenders Auctions.
4) CSAs can be won in the Entrepreneur365 Finalist drawing.
