The Movers Tab tells you at a glance who in your business is red hot and rolling! It makes it easy to communicate with those people, and focus your attention where it's apt to payoff the greatest. You may have 200 or more people in your business at some point, and you need to be able to spot your movers and shakers at a glance. Those are the people you want to work with. That is how you maximize your efforts and your SFI business.
Movers are those affiliates who are doing well in their business and constantly move towards their goals to be successful in SFI.
We should always daily check our mover’s page and encourage them and give them good tips where they are lacking because when they grow you also grow and SFI grows.
Check their VP Ledger and tell them to complete the action they have not done.
In movers tab you can select most active PSA or CSA affiliates, who was recently active, who is online etc.
Use movers tab as "small genealogy" where you can see all the information about your PSA or CSA members. There you can see your member status about green line, their ranks, how much VP do they need to rank up and their status about fast track. Also you can contact them thru team-mail, to see are they online at the time and to write memo for each of them.
Best way that I know of is click the movers tab and see who's listed under "most active affiliates" drop down menu. Then click on each name listed and click their VP Ledger, read what they have done so far and then email them to let them know if they have missed anything, let them know your here to help them, most profiles I've seen the affiliate may need a little boost in the right direction. Help your PSA's and your CSA'S, They are your business.
My Movers is your SFI PSAs and CSAs immediate access to determine how your downline's progress everyday. This can become your primary basis for sending messages to PSAs and CSA. You can check their Versapoints ledger, so you could send tip through e-card. This tip could lead to a clear understanding how the business works.
By doing so, they will be enlighten, as a result they will continue to work toward the progress of their SFI business.

When you click the Movers tab you'll see Affiliates listed, you will want to click their name and send them a Tip's card, Then click on their VP Leger to see how they are doing, If you notice they have missed points on their Leger Report then you'll want to send them a email to let them know. You will want to help your Affiliates Duplicate everything your doing to succeed. Also vote their Tips to keep their rank.

My Movers are those who have logged in and earned at least 1 VP in the past 10 days. Keep up with who is actively logging in and earning all of their VPs. If you catch them online, you might address a concern that you have with their actions but always acknowledge them with an E-Card for good effort, or some other achievement. Kudos says I see your effort and I appreciate having you on my team. You can add a note suggesting tips and such.
