I think there is no such a particular way to confim that our team members are receiving our emails and other messages. But may not be all, we can confirm most or few by asking them for response after receiving our mails and messages. If they do then they receive and if they didnot reply they might not receive. If you send them an email to their real addresses had to get your message, even if you overwrite SFI inbox send them messages sent them an e card they had to automtski receive. It may happen that you do not receive a message in the mail only if you have registered and leave your wrong address or, in more recent cases can not receive messages and mails from SFI if you have a Hotmail, Live and other email addresses. So to be able to receive messages from SFI to your mail you need to have mail to Gmail in to warn them immediately in your message if you find that using a Durga mail address.
