With affiliates like this you just need to keep them in the loop. You need to do this because you never know when or if they are ever going to become active.
By keeping them in the loop you are keeping them advised of what is going on in SFI. If they see you are climbing the success ladder they could well decide to start becoming more active themselves.
Ask them!
The best way to go about this is to talk to your PSA's, ask them if they're interested in marketing products listed on Tripleclicks or if they're interested in listing and marketing their own items on Tripleclicks. From there get a feel of what their marketing abilities are and assist them accordingly.
They need to explain that this is an important part of his career in SFI, and that without it there is no career advancement.
You may have a fear of the inclusion of new contributors?
They may not know how to do?
Try to encourage them - in a way that you give any new members.

What you should do is ask the PSAs the reason why they joined SFI. Find out there goal and help them achieve it but if they are inactive then most likely they have given up. In that case, you need to get them interested again. Send them emails that will get them interested enough to click on it. Then give them the support they need to see results.
As a sponsor I think you have to let know your PSAs the importance of recruiting affliafes and duplication of the same thing as how it will grow and progress their sfi bussiness in such a rapid way. The benifits they are going to get with. And why not you set as an example of yourself to them how much success you are.
I have same problem with you, but I still work with him. I tell him the important of duplication in this business, I tell him how to do that. Till now he still not interest about recruit affiliates or otherwise engaged in duplication, but I will never give up to him.
I believe one day he will know the important of duplication, and will work hard for that.
