I guess when there is a will there will come a way or more ways in this case provided the PSA concerned is hungry and keen to become a team leader in his or her own right as it really takes two hands to help and create sound therefore I guess I would do the following to help:

Offer them avenues to buy TCurrency from their respective country Tcurrency ECA dealers and help them secure the best discount and deal and also they can set up direct deposit or transfer money to and from a Paypal account or offer money to. A trusted friend to help them transfer and pay on their behalf or via local pay or any of the virtual cards or Net+ Prepaid MasterCards or visas or amex cards around and top it up with cash and thereafter use it to pay for your sfi purchases and do the needful.

For anyone who is really determined hungry and raring to go I would also consider throwing in a TC Gift certificate ranging from $2.00 to $10.00 to deserving PSAs who can and are ready to become Team leaders.

To succeed in SFI and become a Team Leader is not required to use a Credit Card, or to buy from TripleClicks. This is just a quick way to success.
With work and persistence he/she can succeed without investment and when he/she accumulate enough funds to SFI account, they can order a Payoneer Card.
Also a great way to pay on TripleClicks, in the absence Credit Card, it is TCurrency, or your PSA can use Debit Card from certain banks.
Of course there is the possibility of Gift Certificates that you can send your PSA.
You always have a way, you just need to send your PSA in the correct direction.

step 2. click the local pay merchant in your country and choose the ECA that licence to sale tcurrency.

step 3. then choose tcurrency through the ECA you choose and select the amount of tcurrency that you want to avail or purchase...

step 4. click buy now and check out the PRODUCT, the ECA will email you the STEP BY STEP process how to confirm your order.

I know that until recently, the card as method of payment, whether credit or debit cards issued by banks in some countries are not valid on the international market, and affiliates from those countries were forced to manage in different ways.

However, I also know that most of the countries or banks in most countries are issued credit and debit cards that can be used for payments online.

The next solution is to check from the bank that can be sent to SFI for the purpose of maintaining SO.

To help your PSA to become a Team Leader, without he/she having a credit card, can be done in multiply ways.

1) PayPal is a well known and secure way of paying on-line purchases. Plus they can receive their Commission the same way.
2) Pre-paid credit cards are well known as well since you can load up a certain amount of money on to it and not over spend. There is a wide variety on the market now days, where as you can get ones that you can keep reloading when needed.
3). Get over $20.00 ( that is for those not in the United States ) in commissions and request a Payoneer credit card. This one is also beneficial, just like paypal, they can receive their commission the same way. Plus be able to use this as a marketing tool with prospective PSA's
4). By making any purchases with; a money order ( bank draft ) or by cheque.

That is ways to get a credit card without a lot of hassle like credit checks, but you asked how to become a Team Leader without a credit card. Now the next step would encourage them to sign in everyday to to their To-Do-List; doing the daily,weekly, and monthly activities. Encourage them to be persistent, patient, and well informed in their activities when dealing with their business. Sign-up more affiliates, build up a good strong team being a teacher or a guide to those under them how SFI works. Duplication is the key, SFI is designed that you can do this business with little or no money, it takes just one thing that most people hate to hear....... Time. By building up their commissions they can get their credit card through SFI.

The secret behind becoming a team leader and more in SFI is simply having a great team to back one up. So encourage your PSA's to sponsor affiliates and help them to be as hard working as you are, that way becoming and maintaining the "team leader" position will be easily possible.
If your PSA must make purchases to facilitate the transition (e.g Standing orders, PSA's or CSA's)and owns a debit card, it's possible to link it up to a Paypal account if Paypal offers its services in your country or use a Local pay Merchants or better yet, apply for a Payoneer master card.

If it's simply a question of finding a way for them to put money into the system then you are restricted by what your country allows, however there are a number of local pay merchants now which you may be able to make use of. To become a team leader you need both sales and action points, now one way you can achieve this is to buy enough t-credits and effectively exchange these for versa points via auctions and games, though I would argue this is not a very cost effective path to take.

The idea of being a Team leader is that you are leading a team, and you will find that it's actually easier to qualify as a team leader, when you do that. Not only do you receive action VP when your team members qualify as EA2 or higher, but you should also be receiving some level of commission as well which will help relieve the cash flow issues you are describing.

The best way to help somebody who wants to be a team leader is to help them build a team, how you choose to do that is up to you, you can provide PSAs directly or simply advice on how they can get their own PSAs. You must remember building a business is not something which happens overnight, a certain level of patience is required aw well.

You can help an affiliate become a TL with or with the affiliate having a credit/debit card. There are two things you can do:
1. You can support the affiliate directly by sending him/her a gift certificate of at least $40. The affiliate will then redeem the gift certificate by purchasing 125Tcredits.
2. You can also instruct the affiliate to connect with a local pay in his/her country. The local pay will credit the affiliate Tcurrency account once payment is confirmed i.e the affiliate has to make payment into the local pay agent's account.
