You will be very lucky to get local PSAs,PRMs and ECA's from your district and they will be able to reach you or contact you by phone. You can arrange a meeting with a group and you can teach them this trade. It will be a hands on situation and your PSAs will be happy that you are contactable to clear their doubts. In my opinion, printed fliers are best used on community billboards and handout counters because that's where they will draw the most attention on a day-to-day basis. However, when there are local trade shows, job fairs, and the like, this type of advertising can net some real prospects because you can use them in more targetted fashions. Job fairs are perfect places to concentrate on new SFI affiliates because they are looking for new opportunities. Trade shows are great for bringing in new shoppers and people looking to start bringing their sales businesses online. They also work as great handouts for those on the other sides of the sales tables for exactly the same reasons, too!

There is a free method of advertising called "Center of Influence" these are the people you see on a regular basis, the businesses you patronize regularly, the places you spend your money in your local town. These people who know you and will be most likely to trust you and let you place posters, ads and business cards at their establishment to display your business. Carry these printed materials with you everywhere you go!
Look for bulletin boards in all public places where you shop. Anyone you know personally who has traffic coming in to their business would be the perfect place to start.

Places which I could recommend to you would be universities, boulevards, entrances to malls, etc...every place you can think of is good. And put your flyers so that they will attract attention from people. You can also stand in front of them (also with a desk and your lap top on it)and give people an introduction to SFI and explain them how it functions and what awsome features it has. Some may take the time and listen to you and some may not. But you should never give up!

Make sure you carry those flyers everywhere you go. I find running into the grocer and asking to leave them at persay the customer service desk, on a board that the store allows business's to advertise, in laundry mat, your local library, senior residents homes, local schools, drop on windshields of cars but, first check to see if they allow soliciting on the property, local churches, you park and recreations centers and much more. I used to be a representative at Avon years ago and a great place to find maybe stay at home moms and dads would be the local park. Setup a table close to the playground area and see how many people will will stop by and just out of curiousity come to see what you have to offer.
