This is a great question for a serious and active affiliates.

Firstly, there are a lot of differences between EA and Team Leader. Every month SFI rewards us VPs, TCs, PSAs and CSAs for achieving our ranks. The quantity differs in number as we go more higher.

Secondly, the word itself has two different meanings. As EA as we know means a special Executive Affiliate which is more to an affilite job and duty. But as for Team Leader, they lead all other affiliates, and also other

Let’s get clear on what is meant by the question, “How do I motivate my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?” It means, “What can I do to get them to produce more?” This is one of my favorite subjects because it’s so misunderstood. Historically, people have tried the most asinine things in an attempt to “motivate” human beings. Slavery and threatening of life, rallies and hype-driven events, even people running across hot coals. I always remind my EA2 to become Team

The best way to motivate your EA2's to become Team Leaders is to lead by example. You first need to be a Team Leader yourself. If they are EA2's already than I am assuming you have been having good communication with them, so far. And communication is very important to have with your team.

So, keep communicating as you have been. Letting them know about your success will motivate them to go even further. Look at your EA2's as your family. How would you help and encourage your own family?

Motivation is simply a emotional response.

It is important to have dialogue with your EA2's about what they hope to achieve with SFI and let them know that what they want will be double or triple fold when they become a Team Leader status with SFI.

It is not only important to share the benefits of SFI but it is MORE important to understand the reason for the affiliate's membership in the first place and to understand how TL status will help them achieve emotional satisfaction.

Hi Richard Chitman!
Because they are eager to earn, the best way to motivate your downline to be Team Leaders is to show them the benefit chart: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart. Tell them about VersaPoints Matching, Monthly allotment of Second Home CSAs, and that they get extra TCredits to use at TripleClicks. Tell them that as Team Leaders, it become easy for them to grow their businesses because having a strong active team is like having extra hands, even if they are asleep,

In my opinion, I don't think we should push our downline to move up a level unless they are actualy ready to, because once they obtain that level, they will need to maintain the level each month. If they can't then it could easily cause them to lose their motivation.

With that said, as a leader if you want to motivate them to move up, the best way you can do that is to set up a co-op. Help them build their downline. As their downline becomes stronger, it will boost their vp and push them

My opinion is that you mustn't push too hard, because your downlines may be thinks you do that for your profit. So, if they want to be EAs, let them be, until they ask you what is that BLT.
That is the time to explain them what is Team Leader and what advantage that position gives to them. That is the time to explain them about Duplication and necessity of SO. But, be very honest to them about their costs and their earnings, and prepare them for long term and serious work, because

The best way is to send them regular email once a week informing them about how they are doing, but not in a pushy way. Just state that you are pleased with their progress and would love to help them to attain the next level, so that they can earn more money for themselves and their families. Show them the best way, marketing plans or whatever method you use to attain your goal as Team leader and let them know that if they copy you they will attain the same status as yourself.

If your down line makes money without ever becoming an EA or even a team leader, they might not see the need to go higher - so you have to show them that they can make even more money by taking the next step to a higher level.

Some of your team members might want to go higher but they do not know how or they do not have the financial means to spend money to make money and just making EA is already tough for them - if you push too hard you might loose them.

Make sure everybody
