1.Establish contact with your downlines thru Genelogy and inquire about the product cost and market demand about your product at their country.

In this way you can do the below

a)you can fix the competitive price & shipping charges
b)you can check whether the product can be shipped to their country or not
c)You will establish to your downline that you are doing this business so that they will connect with your ECA if they are interested which will further increase your base

You can offer some gifts or a sample of your product to get this task from them.

2. Offer some discount for the sales they generate (thru gift certificates/tcredits)and send mail notification to all your downlines

In this way you can do the below

a)Your downlines will promote your product gateway which will increase traffic
b)they will show more interest as they will get double benefit( one from you and another one from their downlines/TC members)

Privately owned couriers charge higher rate of shipping costs since there is an added mark-up for them to earn from your shipment. I suggest you use the country's post office services. The country's postal serves are meant to serve the courier needs of its people and would give you the actual shipping cost for your shipment to other countries that is fair enough to both you and your customers since the shipping charge is far different in amount as compare to those privately owned couriers. You need not to worry since you can also track down your shipment since there is a delivery tracking number for every shipment you make.
