First, ask yourself "Why did they leave"?

If they have bothered to answer your welcome letter (I tell PSAs to contact me in three days after they start) it is a good sign that they are willing to communicate with you.

Generally, I would attempt to connect with them three times. About every three days is enough. If they do not respond after three emails or chats or letters or whatever, I would basically forget them. Let me qualify that last statement...

If you have non-responders I would not just forget about them completely and forever. I would still send group reminders about twice a month (minimum) to let them know that you will always be available to answer their questions and help them get started.

I have found several in my downline who were inactive for several months before they returned.

There are always reasons to why people suddenly stopped being active. It could be that they just :
1. Need to take a break (death in the family/ personal and health problems)
2. Are having technical problems (change of location/no internet/ laptop or computer crahsed/ victims of natural disasters, etc..
3. Something turned them off from SFI like when expectations (e.g. not met like in not being able to qualify for the aimed level due to his or her standing order/ payoneer card not processed fast enough in order to give her/him additional versa points to qualify for the next level, etc.)

There must have been something that drew them to SFI and kept them active during those times so I'm pretty sure they usually return whenever they are ready to continue the business again but not without suffering some consequences like losing status, team members, commissions, versa points, etc. But if they are determined and more ready upon their return, then they will bounce back and have better results.

At the moment, just continue supporting your active team mates and considering the reasons above, add a little bit extra reminders or invitations for them to inform you or ask for help whenever they undergo such difficulties for there might be something that you can extend to help out.

As we all know SFI is a numbers game. People in the hundreds, thousands a day sign up looking for a quick financial fix. And when they learn that this is NOT what SFI is and one must apply themselves (time, energy and eventually a little money) they totally lose interest. Thus becoming inactive and taking up space on our team.

Yes I am the first too agree that it is depressing and very irritating situation. I am the first one to say never give up on them. I have been fortunate enough to have been able to revive 2 of my team members. Now they are active.

I strongly advocate to keep our masses of inactive affiliates in our weekly e-mails, no not just too earn the valuable VPs, but you never know when one of your messages will get thru to them and they finally decide to take a chance. I know that the odds are not in our favor, but we gotta try!!!

From what I have seen with inactive AFFs is really simple. After you deduct the sign-ups that are seeking a quick overnight financial fix, you have the sign ups that no one (sponsor/co-sponsor) takes the time to talk/teach them the basics, then it is obvious they are going to quit, all due to lack of communication. Our own fault!!!!

I know that we are working with a stacked deck of cards in the beginning, so we have too even the odds by a simple little word called communication. Put your best foot forward and try.

Good question Mary. But the answer is difficult.

I keep telling all the people, that this is not a get rich quick sheme. Beside that, most of them expecting big incomes in the very first month. That is the biggest reason why they quit.

If you contact them, keep explaining WHAT, WHEN and HOW, most of them maybe, but just MAYBE come back and try to achieve something.

I had PSA-s who gave up after first month, but with permanent contact, mails, some of them understand the essence of SFI, and continue to work. Work with them, you sure have results, but don't waste your time to those, who don't respond on your efforts. It's useless. Work with workers.

This is my experience, but is it your choice to decide how you manage it.
