Measure your success by asking yourself if your a Platinum Team Leader or not. We all joined because we want that financial freedom that SFI offers and why not measure that successful mindset by reaching the Top Spot within the organisation.

Platinum Team Leader incorporates duplication, achieving your goals, creating other successful business owners, and all of the other reasons why you joined in the first place. Why continue working SFI if Platinum Team Leader was not the goal.

"What are the best ways by which one can measure his/her success in SFI?"

Good question dear

What did I learn from the first year? That I didn’t have the right mindset at the time for this business and I needed to actually DO more.

Here is a list of 11 things I would suggest for you to measure his/her success in SFI, and if you’re already doing some of these things, just ramp it up and do more of them.

First, set your mind on the fact that

Just target small small goal initially.
Hence there is GOAL tab on SFI.

Just make sure you are completing that small goals.
Try to achieve goals within given time frame.
If you are able to achieve that goals means you are moving one step closure to success.

In SFI just focus on 1 serious Affiliate every week.
If you are 100% doing this then after 6-7 months, you will earn the good income.
Make sure your team doing the same duplication.

I have found that essentially every Affiliate that signs up for SFI lists as their goal -- To Improve My Standard Of Living. That being the case, it seems obvious that each one will eventually measure their success by how much money they are making with SFI.

Such things as the number of active PSAs and CSAs, PRM sign-ups who are buying TripleClicks/ECA items, the total number of TripleClicks sales by each Affiliate, are interim methods for measuring success. But, in the final analysis,

The bottom line for SFI business is to earn more money. Of course other interesting games, making friends, learning new things exist but the bottom line i repeat is to earn more money for most people.

Now more money is relative. What was your goal at the beginning is also very vital.

To earn more, you need to grow YOUR business. In this process, you stumble and fall and rise again. Being prepared to fail occasionally is part of winners mentality you must have. In every game

Hello!

The best way to success in SFI contains three basic steps:

1. Become Executive Affiliate yourself (EA) and remain EA every month

2. Recruit 5 new members

3. Teach your members how to work and also teach them how to recruits 5 new members.

The most important thing about SFI is that it is based on team work. So, bigger team you make, more money you will earn.

There are also some other ways to earn money:
a) Direct commission-

In my opinion, this is subjective and it varies from individual to individual. It is easy if you define your goals initially and then compare the results. These are quantitative measures. To give an example, one May decide that I shall recruit five members in the first month and if he /she achieves it then one is successful and measure is straight forward. Similarly you can decide by what time, you want to become EA,BTL, ...GTL etc. I feel then it is easy to measure your performance. So I feel that

Success is the opposite of failure. The type of result got from a particular endeavour shows wether that endeavour is a success or not.The following should be considered in meaduring one's success at sfi:

The best way to measure someone success in SFI for me is log in every day and do all the needed actions. This, for me, is a first sign that someone have take a business seriously and are intent to do it well. If someone do regulary all the tasks, read and learn by the way, ask questions to a sponsor, and trying to do always better...he will have success. Every business requires effort and work, learning the principles of work and success. To be successful we must first get to know the company and
