We can not ensure they are used once given out, but we can check to see if they have been redeemed or not, if not we can give them to someone else. However keep in mind that SFI awards us our points right away when we input the details into the gift certificate manager.

In my opinion, you sholud share them to the people which you see more often in the neighborhood, around you at least once a week.Those people you can remind to activate the card.
