First, they must to understand that in every job and in SFI you must to work hard if you want to succeed. You need to work every day to have VP and more chances to Daily grand, but also to be focused on your job. If you are focused on your job, you can find a new ideas how to work better and you will have more success.
In my opinion,the best way to encourage new affiliates of the importance of everyday activities is to show them by your on example. If you are a hard worker they should be motivated to be like you,because you are showing them that it is possible,that you are not a fraud,that this is a real job,a real opportunity to earn and learn while you are doing it. When they are *down* you can send them motivation letters and word of support;)

Hi, you can use tactics that all succesfull SFI members uses, and that is helping them almost 24/7, if they feel neglected they will not continue their jobs, but if you contact them at least a twice a week, or more, you should be able to motivate them. Also great motivation is to share some rewards with them , like reassigning CSA's etc.
And the great advice for all team leaders is : never give up on someone, give them your best, help them always by any means neccesary !

The truth is every one likes to be rewarded, so remind them about the incentives and rewards that follow each rank. Remind them that each rank can be achieved in several ways, and by trying each methods they will not only be learning but also earning both financially and VersaPoints. By emphasizing on the rewards they are sure to try a little harder in logging into the Affiliate Center each day.

Indicate these benefits. Who is interested in the work certainly will not leak to the daily report on SFI order.

No chance I would say....Only the ones who become attired by reading the pages will understand the importance of logging in daily and ...they will do log in if they want. However, you can be happy if you can establish a communication with them and, in this case, you can remind them in a delicate manner about this necessity.

It's quite difficult to till new PSA or CSA'S to work daily on SFI.
It will be more easy to say them feel SFI their own shop or their own business, if they don’t open their shop than what will happen just till them to thing this way.
I don't thing so one wall understand human being will not notice.
Butt I also have problem some time I couldn't get time to work on SFI.
Butt when I thing if I not able to work for may own business than who will do I get energy and complete my daily duty.
