I believe I would stay with talking up the incredible training, for FREE. SFI does literally take a person by the hand and walk them step by step thru all the steps to succeed.

That's really pretty hard to beat, and your ads could expound further on exactly what that means to a person new to SFI and/or online marketing, advertising.

You would want to be very careful offering anything more tangible before they join, prove they are interested in having a business. If not, they could take your free incentive, use it, still leave. Or, worse, dependent on you to keep them afloat with freebies in exchange for a little bit of effort from them.

Therefore, you should offer a good incentives to your existing down line prospects to make them active. It is a good process to increase your SFI business as well as build a strong and active down line members

There are so many incentives you can offer them. Give them T-Credits to participate in Eager Zebra Games of TripleClicks to take a chance to win Zackpot, bid in auction to collect action VP and MRPs. Offer your prospects Gift Certificate to join Wave3, buy T-Credits, product/s in TripleClicks, to make a Standing Order etc.

You can also declare a contest through your Leadership Page for targeted members. Utilize T-Credits, Gift Certificates, any kind of economical help to the wining member/s of the contest

Offering incentives is a great way to keep your downline motivated.

Some of the ways you can motivate your team is by them reaching certain milestones, i.e. EA2, gaining PSA's or ECA's)

1. Offer to reassign them PSA's from their country
2. Offer them TCredits for bidding on auctions and participating in TC games
3. Wave 3 is an inexpensive way to reward them and also gains TC more recognition world-wide which benefits all
4. Add them to your co-op, if you don't have one yourself you can buy one at TC - with PSA's to go or from other ECA's

Incentives are a great motivator, but teaching is the best thing you can give your affiliates. You don't want them to rely solely on you.

My aproach to this solution is to get my new affiliates up and running, and for doing that I give them a free created website for their promotion and a free web domain for their promotion pourposes. But, to achieve that affiliates must do daily tasks and qualify for EA status every month! Simply : No honey, no money !
Also, if a new affiliate thinks to quit in few days, I encourage them in every possible way to stay active, even if to promise them something ! Sometimes can help, sometimes not.
I'm spending too much time with this and placing a good deal of energy in it, and so far the result is: in just 15 days of creation of my SFI profile (thanks also to my sponsor) i became a Bronze team leader. So far so good.

Thank you for the question submitted. As a member of the SFI Business, I think this question is very important so we think and do to be part of the organization.
As a member part taking is the SFI business, and seeing how the individuals part take to develop and become somebody good in providing information to others and support them. As a new team leader in my own group of good number of affiliates, I would suggest some opinions to you question.
Some of the good and reasonable ways to encourage people to join your SFI team will be, like your own family members because they have seen the way you do with SFI business and what it had provide you with and that it can help individual’s life.
Firstly, you must yourself earn something good while doing business with SFI, maybe a team leader with some good number of affiliated members. By having that you must at least physically have something or award like products or items from the SFI Organization. Maybe you won a car from SFI. Maybe from that SFI business you have built a very nice house and it’s like providing facts and figures.
So from these things in physically available things you have and we you are you and about trying to get people and encourage to join you SFI Team, with what you have, I surely believe that when you say or invite the people they will just like to be part of your team and build the very SFI business minded people around your team.
To conclude, I suggest that whom you know very well you may get them to join the SFI group you have and not to take in people you don’t know off. Get to know people for some time and than when you satisfied with that particular person than you invite him or her to join your SFI Team.
