To be a team leader you need a team to lead. So best strategy is recruiting as more as posible new affiliates, and help them become EA2, and then with their help one could have a chance becoming a team leader simply by duplication.
That is in my opinion the best strategy - anything else involves just too much spending and too littlegaining.
I hope I was helpful. Good luck.

Your motivation should be on helping your team to succeed. Helping them to learn the program and teaching them how to find new people who are motivated to earn extra money also. If you do this the rewards will come. If your focus is on yourself, people will feel like you are using them and don't really care about helping them succeed.

Well, speaking as a Bronze Team Leader, and examining the rules set for VersaPoints, based on that, the answer's fairly straightforward: you have to build enough of an affiliate network large to have active PSAs of EA2 or higher that you can aid. Otherwise, you'd run out of sources for more VersaPoints. Of course, there may be more actions that unlock at Silver and Gold that provide more ways to earn them.

The best person to answer this question would be an affiliate with results. That is, an affiliate with a Platinum Team Leader Badge.

In theory, the best strategy to become a Platinum Team Leader is to stick to the SFI Ultra-Plan. Build your system and let people work it for you. Recruit affiliates; Train them;Let them recruit their affiliates. This way I believe one would become Platinum Team Leader
