PSAs need to note that SFI is not a get rich quick business. Like every enduring achievement is will be tasking especially at the beginning. Please recall your first day at school. How was it to leave Mummy's warmth and care to a place of the unknown?
Having said that, I will want to review their approaches and their SFI goals. Are their actions in tandem with what is expected to generate money? If not it has to be corrected. If so, at what cost? It could be that the PSA is spending more than he can conveniently afford or it could be that he spend money on consumption and taste enhancing items than things that build his business.
In all perseverance, corrections can be made with endurance. Brilliance without endurance is crash landing.

Tell them that SFI is job like any other. They have to spent more time to build a team and explain them what is duplication. Show them your own example and Comp Plan. Everyone receiving as much as he/she invests. Tell them to try something else on Internet and they'll be back in few days. Read answers on question ``If you start again, what would you do different?`` and hope they'll understand.

If they work their business they can make some extra income. Do you know the saying, “Rome wasn't built in a day?” Well, an SFI business isn't built in a day either.

I will say to him, if they quit now, all that money which they spend at SFI will be wasted for nothing and lost forever. In this job all is question of time, if you work properly, investment will be back - we just must to be patient enough.

What I want to say: I have a team of about 600 people, and from the VP matching I am earning more than the SO of 125 TC costs me. So if you doing this job seriously, with commitment, and you want to improve your life, you got to invest ONLY ONCE, and you will receive more that you putting out.

When your PSA's tell you that it's obvious they do not understand how a business works. It's different from a job.
A business requires YOU. Your time, money, and knowledge. If you want to make MORE money than MORE of the time, money, knowledge is needed. The more you put in the more you get out of it. Your business is you not what other people think, say, or interpret. It's your ultimate decision.
A business is like a river if it's going to run deep and wide it needs MORE water! And for that to happen the water needs to flow. Just like buying and selling on TC. Get your money moving if you want make money! If it sits in your pocket like stale water in a pond it's only going to dry up!

You simply need to emphasize to them that those who quit never wins! Consistency, Patience and perseverance is the name of the game. Assure them that all efforts and time put in it will be worth while after-all because the reward is residual income, meaning work once and receive income endlessly.
