I personally have a few that will probably because of inactivity have to leave this job . I sent them a message , tell them you are still not too late to begin seriously to realize this job and to perform daily and monthly obligations ( I believe that people are often due to personal and family problems can not give themselves completely at some point in life ) . This would maintain continuity until they are ready to move on .
If you go I can not do anything more to do for them . I do not seek help , do not seek advice , do not fulfill the obligations , then they themselves are linked hands sponsors and co - sponsors . And to return to the SFI must themselves that they want to continue on.
Only they and their will be to move them in that direction .

OK, firstly I dont consider ''convince'' the correct word here.
Your job is to simply show the facts like its free to join, unlimited income potential ect.

Also, I consider people to abandoned SFI in the same ''basket'' as people who never joined SFI. The reason is that there are new things all the time added.

From that point forward, its up to them to follow you or SFI.
