Taking into consideration where can we see pools of people particularly those who are wanting to earn, you can see them in the offices of regulating agencies of the government and in those agencies that offers services for job placement. So I consider those sites as best places to leave bunch of flyers. Also in bus or train stations, you can just leave the flyers in the benches where passengers can pick for themselves.
The best places to post flyers are the places where the public frequently or often spend all day. Make sure you have the permission of the officer concerned by physically contacting the appropriate and the law does not prohibit the display on some places. You can also choose the places of attracting at events large gathering of people like festival,fair…Always natural and positive on all you do.
To be honest, I am not sure who looks at posted flyers anymore. At least in the United States, I am not sure they do. Having said that though, I have been to local coffee houses, groceries stores and other local stores and seen an old school bulletin board with flyers all over it. So, I guess maybe it's still worth it?
However, I think you would get more exposure by posting advertisements on your own blog/website and social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

Here are some ideas for setting up advertising flyers: places where they gather students (college, student hostels ... - Students easy accept new ideas), lounges for beautification (interesting to look at while waiting their turn), mailboxes, in addition to local newspapers , bars (if they organize live music, especially interesting for Tripleclicks Music Contest).
