First, Flyers are a common tool used by Owner to promote their new business or product.

They are relatively low cost and an effective way to catch people’s curiosity.

Local Schools College: One of the best place to distribute flyers are your local schools, you need to call first to get permission or check if they got any restrictions. If you know some students from that College they gone know where you're allowed to place flyers give them some flyers.

Local Newspapers or Publications: Small town community newspapers and shopping presses may agree to deliver your flyer at a relatively low rate.

It is probably much more affordable than investing your own time or paying workers to distribute the flyers.

Community Boards: A common technique to promote a business through flyers is placing them on various community boards and locations.

Many grocery stores and local organizations have community bulletin boards in their lobbies where you can post flyers.

Stuff them in magazines at the book store and grocery store, post flyers in several places like:

Grocery stores, laundry mats, local libraries, dry cleaners, car windshield, post office, check cashing places, antique shops, second hand stores, restaurants, ETC…

You might also try apartment complexes in your area. We have a bulletin board in our Condo building and a lot of building got some, anyone is allowed to post their flyers.

Get people out to the malls to pass out flyers by hand to people. Be friendly and cheerful and be prepared to answer questions.

Answering somebody's questions fixes you a lot more strongly in people's minds than a flyer under the windshield.

Many towns or cities have ordinances restricting or outlining where flyers can be posted to prevent clutter.

Some communities restrict or ban affixing flyers.

Local schools and public buildings may also have policies restricting placement.

And more important, Just make sure your sign stands out otherwise it'll just get lost with everything else.

When posting flyers, make sure to place them in high traffic areas so many people will see the flyers. Some of the best places to post flyers are on :
1. a college campus
2. telephone poles
3. on activity boards at your local recreation center.
4. Local Newspapers or Publications
5. Legal Cautions
6. Community Boards
7. Depending on the laws in your city or town, you can also post flyers on cars in the parking lots of shopping malls.

You can also find allied businesses in real life that would put up your posters
You might be better to find someone that you can partner with in an email campaign.

You can also offer a small amount to anyone that refers someone as well. Say for instance, $5 if you refer a friend or relative!

Places where human traffic is at its maximum are the best places to post such adverts. Some of such places are;
1. Main roads: where traffic is rather slow, that enables road users to read and notice these adverts
2. Fairs; where most people go to search for products to buy.
3. Coffee shops; where people go to rest and have food to eat
4. Bars; drinking places
5. Restaurants; resting places for food and drinks.
6. Universities and Colleges' notice boards; attract students.
7. Social notice boards for the community.

Several such places are very ideal for posting of attractive adverts. All such placements should be permitted by the appropriate owners and authorities.

First of all Think about the places where you have seen the notice boards in your local area, because if you make local affiliates that will be more convenient for you to communicate them and best thing is local affiliates they can speak your own language and its easy to built your business proper way.

The places I can suggest you:-

1. Malls
2. Barber shops
3. Bus Stands
4. Post Offices
5. Dispensaries
6. Bars & Club Houses
7. Restaurant
8. Community Halls
9. Church, Mosque or Temple's Notice Boards
10.Supermarkets etc.

Now think about the permission to put flyers for that particular area wherever you want to place the flyers because its also the reputation of the SFI organisation. No need to shy, talk to the management frankly, once they allow you, think your earning how much it will be.

may be to put flyers there is normal charges for the notice boards but, its not a bad Idea for a month or two to hire the notice board.

The first thing you have to do is get permission or check on restrictions when posting your flyers.

I checked FindLaw and found that although we have first amendment rights here in the US to post flyers, we still need to check our local laws to avoid any legal consequences.

I checked my towns’ local ordinance as well as other towns and cities close to me and found information that outlines where you can post your flyer to prevent clutter and restrictions as to what can be posted. It is also true that many colleges and public buildings have policies that restrict the posting of business opportunity flyers.

In my own experience, the best place to post a flyer is on your own vehicle if you travel a lot or live on a busy street. When you shop at the supermarket or mall, park your car on an end spot with your flyer visible. Make sure you add color to your flyer to make it more noticeable.

Some other thoughts…

Instead of posting a flyer
- Leave a business card with your tip when dining.
-
- Give a presentation in your library on online marketing and hand out your business card at the end of the presentation

When I go to place my flyers I post them at every store in town that will let me post them.

Gas stations
Convienant stores
Laundry mats
Post office
discount stores
Local library
Every bulletin board I can find
Pharmacy
bank
Quick shops. etc
Any place that I can That is where a flyer will be for people to see.

We all know that the best places to put flyers are in public areas but I would recommend going to the downtown areas of the city you live in especially in the hours where people are getting out of work because that will be the best chance of people seeing the flyers.

One of the best places are the windshields of peoples cars when you go to a shopping mall or any area where there is a parking lot.

Tabbed flyers can be put on Telephone booths,bus stops, etc...

You should post flyers anywhere you can think of. You can post them on telephone poles or at bus stops, bulletin boards, at gyms, libraries, grocery stores, etc. Just make sure that you obtain permission whenever necessary. Also, be sure to post the flyers primarily at venues that a lot of people go to and that will be in plain view of many people. Be creative.

I have found that a lot of small convenience stores and Pizza shops will usually allow you to put a flier in their windows. You can also place your fliers on bulletin boards in your local grocery store.
I have also found that some libraries allow you to put them on the counters for people to see. You can also place them on telephone poles (if allowed by your city). Take the time to look all around at different places, you'll always find some place that you can place them.
I have ben lucky enough for my local places being real nice and allowing me to leave them. You can even use some places to turn them into ECA's. Try any store, any place and you will have some sort of luck with it.
