What is the best way to help my PSAs understand SFI?

The best way,first you must lead by example by being an active participant. Secondly,be patient in explaining to them the exciting features in sfi. Thirdly,be there for them,let them understand that while there's so much to gain,its a step by step process to success. And finally,encourage them by your success.

Helping others to better understand SFI is a process.
Everyone joins SFI for their reasons so it is best to solicit questions from PSA's on things they wish they new about SFI and respond accordingly.
Referencing questions from the ASK SC is helpful as this forum typically has current questions that fellow affiliates ask with many responses which then becomes a resource of information for PSA's to access to better understand SFI.
The best way is the simplest. You can show him/her a plan from the calculator, to see how much he/she can earn in commissions when he/she has a team of 5 PSAs and each of them has a team of other 5 PSAs etc. Also, encourage him/her to make his/her daily actions, so that he/she has less to pay for rebecoming an EA, encourage him/her to bring as many PSAs as possible. Dislike the CSAs, the PSAs are not lost in case you do not qualify again as an EA, but the commissions they can bring you when they purchase/sell something are still possible.

It is very complicated when you have to explain anything to someone who dont know much about new things. Some times it is best to point them to already existing base of knowledge about that thing. Reffering PSAs to youtube would be good option,there are many videos that explain SFI and can be very helpfull. Also you should talk to them and tell them everything you already know about SFI and try to put it in fun way so it dont look like toutoring or something boring.

Our PSA-s must learn the basic rules as we have and we had when we joined the SFI.
The basic rules are on pages START, BASIC and LAUNCHPAD.
These rules are necessary and anyone who wants to be a highly successful it has to teach.
Also,our PSA-s with COMPENSATION PLAN must meet in order to understand the idea and organization of the SFI.
The best way to help your PSA is to do a quality blog or website in which they'll explain step by step how to do.
They do not need to accumulate information but uputititi them to the site where it will all be explained to understand themselves. Not all people are the same, someone will figure out quickly and some will take longer. So they obtain good material, video clips, send them on forums, webinars and success will come. The best way is to refer them to read as many articles that I have a sfi, and the way it would be nice of you to them and also help explain what it is and what is important for SFI and for all of us who work here. To begin help them to do their initial assignments and explain what can be found on Tripleclicks and there are those wonderful games that we have. Explain to them what means to build your team and to make a duplication of what you have done.

I think that one of the better techniques for getting PSAs more involved in the process of building their perspective networks would be to help them to better understand the new necessary, innovative – social media tools – that will without doubt, take much of the unknown out of engaging with perspective TCs, we are talking, in terms of building their own network. Part of this is done by the sharing of information, or better yet, PSA empowerment, they are responsible for their own future.
