You catch even one, turn him around and he will remain active and grow. Keep the large army of nonactives for locations where numbers are important, but hitting three or even two of the actives each month means your day is done.

I have the same problem.All we can do is to concentrate on making a success of what we are doing whilst continuing to encourage them by sending team mail or e mails with helpful tips and advice.Maybe when they see how well we are doing they will want to become active themselves.Also remember It does take some people a little longer to gain confidence and get going, just dont give up on them.

My answer to this question is "never give up". Although your affiliates may be inactive now,(and we all have them) there could come a day when they will surprise you and just take off! You never know when that "one" person is just around the corner. Look for them.
Promote your TripleClicks store whenever and wherever you can.. you could be amazed!
There are more possibilities:
1- you continue and insist to get more and more new affiliates till you find the proper one(s) while you keep your EA status, or simple SFI Affiliate status
2- while you continue to duplicate, keep an eye on the existent inactive PSAs and CSAs too give the necessary assitance and encourage them, teach them what is necessary to start or succeed in SFI
3-try posting new items for sale or advresise and promote other items from TripleClicks on different many other sites, using your link/Gateway/ID
4- all of the 3 actions above, as often as possible

The point is that you find several "workers" and work with them. Quantity doesn't play a big role. Just advertise more, communicate with your downline and you'll succeed.
Regarding TripleClicks store, there is a difficulty for me to answer because I don't know the type of products/services you offer and why are your customers doubtful, but as in any other business, use 3P's principle of marketing (product, pricing and place) where last one is your online store. Just focus on improving your products - i.e. add excellent descriptions, announce listing on featured list etc.

Don't worry with inactive affiliates, Your task will be to acquire active affiliates.
You can probably win some PSA's and CSA's on the PriceBenders auctions; about one or two out of a hundred will probably stay on with You for a while, especially if You help them
to open their TripleClicks store as an ECA.

Select all or just a few affiliates according to their activity and offer a challenge or game. Such as 5 TCredits for getting a new badge. TCredits are always a good incentive. It also gives them extra opportunity's to be more "SFI/Tripleclicks Active"
