In my own opinion as a nigerian, payoneer is the best way because nigeria is not listed among the countries using paypal. Payoneer card can be used in ATM machines worldwide and in your country's currency. It is also a means of advertisement to your friends and colleagues, also among your badges, its written paid by "payoneer" and then you get a whooping 500VP if bought from SFI. I like it personally.
