Hello every one, I find find this simple question very important in terms of leadership in SFI. To be sincere with you, Genealogy is a master tool when it comes to team management with SFI. It has lots of important functions, but the most important of all it's function is that it is the master means of communication with your entire generation in SFI.
It tells you whom is active and who isn't in your team, it tells your the amount and total VP your entire generation has accumulated til date. It gives you a clear picture on those active down-lines you need to assist and also gives you the room to transfer T-CREDITS to PSA or CSA. It helps you know whom you will need to contact and give a helping hand in terms of spellings corrections and so on e.t.c. I use my Genealogy information daily basis, because it is it a major source of communication here at SFI.
You can download your entire list of personally sponsored affiliates through the Genealogy by a simple click. You can as well download your entire list of co-sponsored affiliates.
The total and individual generation VPs will help you to know the status of you entire team and how active they are til date. It this way you would be able to figure out whom needs to be encouraged by emails and whom needs to be assisted with T-CREDITS
This is an amazing tool no doubt. Get used to it.
