I use the information in my Genealogy about the VP of my affiliates to determine how serious they are individually then know how I can assist them. It is also easier for me to know the last time they visited the SFI site. I am able to encourage them collectively and individually then build a personal relation with each. However, there are some that do not visit SFI after their enrollment. For such affiliates depending my proximity to them, could look them up on facebook and do encourage them to get serious with their business here. For the serious one, I continue to let them know that our business here is a Team work and we need to do well.That is about the much I can do.
