The total and individual generation VPs help me to know about the status of my whole team and how active they are.
1) With these VPs in genealogy, I can get an Idea about my teammates' progress !!
I can then commuinicate with them and help them the required.
2) One more very good use of it is that at the end of the month, you can note down the total and individual level's VP and check it again at the end of the next month to see How much you and your team has progressed !!
