Typical BUYER PROFILE ( not just member ) on Pinterest is housewife age 35-45. Promote some of many product that can be interested for them.

Use TALL images, for a reason no body knows TALL images attract much more visitors.

Than you PIN something into a text ( description ) field just put a dollar sign ( "$" ) followed by a number ( price ) and Pinterest will automatically put a price mark on the product image. If something is cheap you should use that, as more people will take a look at it.

Connect your Facebook and Twitter profile with Pinterest, and if you have a blog put social bookmarking buttons there. It is very easy to do if your blog is WordPress powered, log under Plugins - so many of free plugins will do the job.
