Well i am very well aware about this question because i have too asked before to so many people who were more experienced than me,here are the best ways which i have got till now:-
1.Social advertising(Facebook,linkedin etc)- You can get tons of affiliates from there without spending money,but you have to place your links smartly to such pages and groups where you can get "ACTIVE AFFILIATES ".
I emphasis more to social advertising because i too get link of this site through facebook on a page.
2.Your nearby people like friends,family,and all those whom you meet every week.Just tell them about this wonderful and i am sure they will get attracted towards this site but do not lie to them that you will get thousands of dollars in first month or bla bla..just tell them the truth that they have to be patient to get income.This will ensure them that you and this site are not fake.
3.Paid advertising-You can find various paid advertising sites which supports text links,banners etc but you have to be careful because many sites doesnt give you as much signups as you expect,so just ask your team leaders and other people who are experienced and then put your money there.
