S-Builder is the best form of paid advertising, if we are talking about paid advertising. It's not just the results you are get directly from purchasing S-builder coop units. Even though, I have some great people in my team from S-Builder. You have to consider other things:
Getting S-builder units gives you VPs, that affects your ranking and probably results in getting more CSAs.
You team will do what you do. If you get S-Builder units they will get some too. It's all about duplication after all.
You can get them through auctions, possibly lowering your cost and getting you more VPs as you get 1 VP per bid you make.
When talking about free advertising, the best results I have got are from replying to people posting "looking for job" post.
