I don't do paid advertising on Facebook as this site is mainly used for social purposes and most of its users are just there to keep tabs on what's happening with other peoples lives :) But I do post some achievements and other good things happening at SFI and Tripleclicks and I got a few clicks to the gateway but not really that significant as most just look at the gateway like a status update and never signed up.
I only use Facebook to talk to some of my acquaintances through PM and chat and have to ask them to signup and experience SFI and this generated signups but almost all of them are not moving :(
So all in all, Facebook is just Facebook, people look at statuses and pics of others and really don't care about you put in them... unless you look funny in your pic, then you get a comment or a like if your lucky :)
