I think the majority think that this business is some type of get rich scheme, which it is not. So they may be disappointed at first. But you have to help them to realize that this is a legit business that will take time to build, but the future benefits will be well worth it.
Also, many are simply overwhelmed by all of the different opportunities available to make money with SFI, and instead of contacting their sponsor for help as to where to start or what to do, they decided to do nothing. That is why it is so important as a Leader to reach out to your team mates that are not working their business and try to help them, even "hand-hold" them to success if need be! That is what has worked for me.
