Rank is not everything. Team building is! You could be a GTL, but without a downline going to that level, that rank title is just for show. Re-assigning affiliates to say 5 of your PSA movers, would boost your team helping them to become leaders and then the tree will bear fruit. The thinking of rank shows success doesn't bear much fruit when the commissions don't support it. But having 5 BTL's or STL's will give you the rank that you value.
Actually this question in itself could reduce your goals or goals of others. Perhaps you are a new affiliates and recruit 100 PSA, You are supporting them to the fullest and they are all excited. They then read this question and see that you are only a BTL. 'Wow, I should have signed up under a PTL'
