This gives your downline the confidence to realize that it can be done. Whenever your downline views your affiliate snapshot and sees the rank that you have achieved, they aspire to attain the rank that you have. I know that my sponsor's excellent example and rank of Silver Team Leader inspires me to work harder and support my downline more so that I too can be a Silver Team Leader soon.
