Most definitely! When you show yor affiliates, both PSAs and CSAs that you are moving up the ranks and that you are a hard worker and that you lead by example and you help them by communicating effectively with them and help them by awarding them for their work and by helping them t achieve higher levels when things are going not so well in teir personal lives, financially and otherwise, you gain trust from them and they will follow your example. However, please remember that some affiliates, no matter what you do, just are not motivated and do not seem to care. That said, don't let that bother you. Keep working with your team, at all levels, those who really are making some effort. You and your team will benefit because all of ou are helping each other and the entire SFI community.
