It is not advisable to ask your affiliate to upgrade but if any new affiliate is doing well in his first month & completes all recommended steps. You can motivate them by offering some reward or gift if you can afford. Even you can announce a monthly contest for new affiliates & always convey trustful, optimistic & motivated messages & provide them maximum support.
