I work less on encouraging new affiliates to upgrade to EA status these days, because to maintain it would be somewhat of a dissappointment to them when they are unable to meet the costs of the standing order.
Concentrate mostly on showing them how to acquire EA status free in their first month, so they can see all the tools available, and experience the ability of those tools to help them succeed.
Once they have achieved EA status through the launchpad, and I see they consistently earn the daily/weekly/monthly vp earnings, I then feel comfortable enough to send them a gift certificate, for their next month to help them get closer to acquiring another month of experiencing EA status.
In their second month, they should by now understand which direction they would like to take with their business, whether its recruiting, direct/indirect sales, promoting TC, Pricebenders, Individual products or services to make the money they would require to place a standing order.
2-3 months part time for a lot, may seem like a long time to train a new affiliate, but once they are comfortable, and begin their journey, all they need is a little help here and there.
EA will follow once they truly begin.
