Sometimes this can be years and trying to push them to upgrade can be the one thing that turns them away.
When they do become EAs reward them. Give them some TCredits or a gift certificate. This shows that you are not just in it for yourself but you are willing to share what THEY help you earn.
Then use the power of 'duplication' to get your downline moving and you will see more EAs and higher each month.
