Downline members are always younger than you, as far as your knowledge regarding SFI is concerned--provided you are committed to the system and its values. Guide them to move step-by-step systematically instead of moving haphazardly. The main motto for them should be to earn maximum VP daily and ask their downline to follow them. One should be always available to reply to the smallest queries of their downline, just like a mother does for her child.
