I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs...but I don't want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?
There isn't any difference on approaching we must have on our CSAs support! Co-sponsored Affiliates by their team membership justifies same attention in functional assistance we need to improve for PSAs! Both are our team members and SFI Affiliates! With equivalent goals and needs!
Casually being our CSAs, as well as we are for our own Co-Sponsors, co-sponsored fellows are important on our business success. A time they have powerful Sponsors, they could have powerful Co-Sponsors too, isn't it?! Or by the case could you prefer qualified support only from your Sponsor?! Of course not! I have the luck to have both just good! And it's very very useful! One have some qualities approach, other have another ones, and both have some in common! And we're work the work in a great benefit! Just for one team like for other! And we all for SFI!
So, don't worry about support your co-sponsored fellows as well as their powerful Sponsors can do! Do your best, interact with them each day better than other, and the things will occurring in a grateful way! Sharing our mutual experiences we'll succeed in this business and also as persons as well! Don't limit yourself to be or to make someone happy! Everybody is important in this process! Like for the life! On this, in family we need the best assistance as well from our fathers as our mothers! And just from our brothers, sisters and all our relatives! And it's an absolute true case we must to apply also here!
