The great thing about the new TC homepage is that it is more mobile-friendly. That means you can promote it to people who usually access the Internet from their hand-held devices, and they will find it a lot easier to navigate than the old design.
Those who do use hand-held devices tend to be more involved in social media sites like Twitter and Facebook than those of us sitting at home behind computers, so they might be a good starting point for your promotion.
My own experience is that those using hand-held devices also tend to display shorter attention spans (possibly because of where they are when they use the devices), so you may want to keep your promotions punchy!
