I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs...but I don't want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?
You have the correct mindset about approaching a CSA. You don't want to be redundant to what their Sponsor is already doing, but you want to help. What do you do?
1. Ask the CSA if they are getting support.
2. Let the CSA know that as a Co-Sponsor that you are an extra lifeline for them. Let them know that they have a standing open door to approach you with any questions.
3. You can still leave tips through Team mail and E-Cards.
The main idea is that they know that they can depend upon you for help if needed. You can let them know up front that you respect that they have a Sponsor, but in some cases the Sponsor provides no help. Let them know that you are not trying to dominate the Sponsorship, but strengthening the support for the affiliate.
