The best thing is to send them messages or try to contact them personally , to get their problem resolved. Some of them will answer and many of them are just overloaded to submit any answer.
Its worth a trial , but its sure not a garantie that they will respond. I even sent them messages in their languages (in Austria its German) also on that they did not respond.
The other possibility is to go Exchange pool in case they are CSAs.
