Many people are now using mobile devices to access the internet, and as long as the people you want to target have a mobile phone that has internet access, I don't think this would be a problem.
If you place your advertisements on your website/blog, you could just send emails to your prospects and give them the link to your website/blog and I'm sure they will be able to access your site through the mobile phone.
Our Marketing Centre (www.sfimg.com/Resources/Marketing Centre) also has SFI ads, banners, flyers. You could use a text ad as your signature on your emails you send to your prospects. Again, I'm sure they will be able to click the link on their mobile phone and it will take them to the SFI/TripleClicks Gateway you are promoting.
