Running a contest is surely a good idea. The PSAs must get its info at your stream posts/mail/leadership page. But before running a contest the goals must be asked to each one differently and then set rewards accordingly. Getting the targets from PSAs is a commitment that they will surely try their best to achieve it and you have a surety of work even though it is minimized.
And if they get through to their goals, you must reward them and also help them meanwhile and the bottom is to maintain a harmony through Communication.
It is what keeps them really motivated.
