That is a good question, but also an important one.

I do believe many has the same problem, but I must that English is an International language.
And, I also read in the rules, yes here at the answering rules all answers must be in English.

So, the affiliate(s) who does have a problem communicating should at lease try to contact their sponsor or the SFI help desk so they can receive help. Or, contact their sponsor self and try in their own little way to communicate let them (sponsor) know that their is a language barrier.

By doing this you as their sponsor will know what to do. But, remain in contact with them with English writing letters they will get someone to translate for them.
