First you must be positive. Answer yourself what are you doing in SFI. What is your goal?
What is your power? Explain your team what is your work what we working here,
what is the work for SFI?
If they don't like to understand what is the work, don't waste your time on those people.
You can't change someone who don't like hard work.
Find new people with positive way, motivated, we know that a lot of blogs write negative for SFI, that people don't like work on building team, sell, advertise etc. They like be rich for one night.
Do you want to work with lazy people?.
Try to build good, strong, positive team. Who, you can work together and spread the team.
