Address everything head-on. If someone complains about not being able to recruit, for example, ask them what they have tried. They will probably give you 2 or 3 things. Now, give them a healthy list of new things they can do, and ask them if they are willing to try it.
Guard YOUR own attitude! Don't let others pull you down! Did you know it's easier to pull someone down than it is to pull someone up? Gravity (and attitude) works against the person on top!
